With the 2.4.0 PTR, we will be allowing US, EU and Korean players to access all available PTR realms. Players will be able to choose which test realm they wish to play on without being restricted by region. We currently plan to make all PTR realms available in this way for all future patches.

Until the PTR servers are up (there will be an announcement) there is no reason to be posting in this forum, new threads will be deleted and posting inappropriately will result in a loss of posting privileges.

Pre-made characters
There are no pre-made characters for this test phase.

Authentication and eligibility
The PTR authentication server was updated on February 1st 2008, if your account was not active on this date you will not have access to the 2.4 PTR.

Battlegrounds and Arenas
Because 2.4 includes major changes to the Warsong Gulch battleground and we would like to get extensive testing there all other battlegrounds and arenas have been temporarily turned off.

Please be patient, when new information is available regarding the PTR it will be posted here.

Until then there is no reason to post in this forum, any threads will be deleted and your posting privileges may be removed.
