The PTRs are currently down to apply a new build. We expect them to be down for the next four to six hours.

UPDATE: PTR Maintenance is taking longer than expected please continue to be patient.
UPDATE: We're trying something new with the configuration of the PTR with this build so it's taking longer to get running correctly. We're ironing out the last few issues and should have the server up soonish.

In the lastest build a bug was introduced that resulted in a large number of player/NPC models being incorrectly sized. We are aware of this issue and we're working to resolve it in a future build.
There is no need to report these problems at this time.

This issue should be resolved in the PTR build being pushed today.
If there are any occurrence of NPCs being the wrong size please report them as new bugs in their own thread.

We have made changes to the Paid Character Transfer and Paid Name Change cooldown times, and have lowered them from three months, to one month. The cooldown refers to the length of time between when a character first uses one of these services and the next time it can be used. These two services do not share a cooldown.

about time (no dont take it as a whining tone)
have a char on a server i transfered to with some friends of mine and then it seemed my friends stopped playing shortly after =/
this will also help alot for people who have joined a new guild on a new server but somewhat failed his spot or his new guild went down

So if someone have a pct cd atm with let's say exactly 2 months left...it will be automaticly lowered to 1 ?
If the previous transfer or name change happened 30 days ago or more, you'll be able to transfer or change name again, regardless of whether the transfer or name change happened before or after this update.
