In preparation for the start of the 2008 World of Warcraft Arena Tournament, registration is now open. The Arena Tournament focuses on 3-vs.-3 Arena competition, and participants will be given the chance to qualify for live tournaments with cash prizes. We are currently investigating Honor calculation issues on the following realms.

English realms:
Runetotem, Shadowsong, Silvermoon, Stormrage, Terenas, Thunderhorn, Turalyon, Ravencrest, Shadowmoon, Shattered Hand, Skullcrusher, Spinebreaker, Stormreaver, Stormscale and Earthen Ring.

German realms:
Alexstrasza, Alleria, Antonidas, Baelgun and Blackhand.

Due to this some players may not have received their recent Honor gains. This issue is currently being addressed and should be resolved tonight, during the weekly maintenance.

The error message Limit of 3 Payment Attempts Reached is incorrectly given when the payment data is rejected by the payment system. Reasons for this can be mistyped information or using a card which is not valid for payment.

Our Billing department has received additional information so you might want to give them another call. Note that they naturally can't assist with payment issues outside our system, but they will hopefully be able to point out where the issue lies.

Please also note that these cases are rather specific, so a general solution is not available, thus forum updates on this will generally only be to point you to Billing.
