Last week I asked you to leave a comment with tips of anti-advice you could give to players. Things like "Be sure to move in the flame wreath so you're not cold when the blizzard hits!" or "Just walk up to Archimonde, he won't agro until you hit him." You all responded in force and gave lots of good tips and pieces of advice. Now for fame and no-fortune, lets vote for the best one![View Remaining 2 Paragraphs]
So by now, I'm sure a lot of people have seen it: A Hunter accompanied by what looks to be a pet on steroids, with a huge size and an elite target frame. No, Hunters have not gained the ability to become even more imba, it appears to be a display bug. Since 2.4, elite and rare (aka silver elite) pets aren't quite registering properly once tamed, as they appear to keep their size and show up as elite in status (though apparently not in stats) until the hunter logs off. As a result, you may have seen Gutripper tearing up Blood Elves in Dawnblade Village, or King Bangalash frolicking around Booty Bay. Rest assured (or be disappointed) that you probably won't see them that way for long, and a hotfix is on the way.

Among the many fine things that can be bought with Badges of Justice in this post-2.4 world of ours are epic gems, the same kind that drop in the Black Temple and the Sunwell Plateau. They are sold by Shaani, who appears once your realm reaches phase four, and the uncut, un-BoP gems sell for 15 Badges of Justice each. Or at least, that's what we thought. Sharp-eyed tipster Herid noticed that according to the Armory (screenshot above), the price of the gems is 10 Badges of Justice -- a 33% reduction in price before they even go on sale yet!

World of Warcraft allows all of us an unprecedented ability to modify our user interface to meet our needs. Each week WoW Insider will bring you a fresh and detailed look at reader submitted UIs. Have a screenshot of your UI you want to submit? Send it, along with your character name and server, to readerui@gmail.com.
Today's Reader UI of the Week comes from Zerfall, and Undead Warlock on server Eonar. He has many addons working together to support his game play. What I particularly like about his UI is that it's not cluttered, allows for good visibility, and uses what I would consider to be critical addons that everyone should at least try out.

Because how often do we get to post a hot picture of Mila Kunis? Complex magazine interviewed Ms. Kunis, of That 70's Show and Family Guy, for her new movie, and they apparently got wind that she, along with her boyfriend Macaulay Culkin, was a World of Warcraft player, and they decided to quiz her on the specifics. And surprise surprise, she actually knows her stuff. She's tracking the expansion, she knows most of the races, she's down with Leroy Jenkins, and she's at least been to Stormwind and "Dust Home Marsh."

Here's the situation: Many people are experiencing problems with Oceanic realms being offline, having heavy lag, or just general stability issues. These issues have principally appeared after patch 2.4 hit, and are a major pain for those playing over there. Players cannot loot items in a timely manner, they lag out during raids, and playing the new content (or any instance) is sometimes impossible.
Players have, for the most part, provided excellent documentation to Blizzard concerning the stability. They have done so in a massive thread over on the Customer Service Forums, and it is actively being monitored and commented on by Syndri, a Blizzard representative. The thread was started on March 31st, with the issues appearing a couple weeks before that, and is still active today.

All the World's a Stage is a source for roleplaying ideas, commentary, and discussions. It is published every Sunday evening. Many people don't realize it, but every time you put your fingers to the keyboard to spell out some words, that's the same writing skill that authors and poets take years and years to practice and master. Of course there's a big difference between a simple text message and an epic fantasy novel, but any form of writing shares many of the same the fundamental skills - skills which one must then adapt to suit the particular medium you are using to communicate.

Scant hours after the false alarms from the Burning Legion and Area 52 servers, it looks like we have a true winner in the race to Phase 4 of the Shattered Sun Offensive on the Isle of Queldanas. Continuing their streak, the Proudmoore Server activated phase 4 early this morning. Currently, it looks like they're the only ones legitimately at Phase 4, with Cenarius 2nd with 86% accord to us.gorgonnash.info.
Congratulations to Proudmoore on continuing your streak. Be sure to check out our Phase 4 daily guides for all the information you'll need to finish strong. The rest of you, check out our Phase 2 and Phase 3 daily guides to get the edge you need to power up to Phase 4 yourself.

It's pretty grand to participate in a world event in an MMORPG. It's one of those rare times when everyone in the game can cooperate to reach a common goal; it feels very epic, and makes you feel part of a greater cause. Not to mention that it's fun.
One World of Warcraft gamer, who might share the same sentiments, asked in the forums if Blizzard has any plans to continue holding world events in the future. Blizzard poster Bornakk replied soon after, saying that:

Prat has been a fan favorite as far as chat mods go for quite awhile now, with the ability to change just about whatever you want with your chat frame plus some added features like item links in custom channels. Now, from the author of Omen comes Chatter. Built with the intent of making a chat mod with less bloat and is lighter on overall system resources, it manages to do that quite well. All I ever used in Prat was the module to allow links in custom channels, so I decided to give Chatter a try. The switch over wouldn't be too hard, right? Just turn off all of the modules I don't want, leave item links on.

Using your focus target has been the topic of much discussion in the past few days here at WoW Insider. Mike mentioned his interest in using macros to utilize the focus functionality built into the default UI. Tekkub's Control Freak was profiled, which basically automates the process of using crowd control abilities through the use of macros.WoW Insider reader Aaron provided a very good macro for those of you wanting to make use of your focus target to maintain Polymorph on a focus target.

Today, the 13th of April, is the final day to check out the Darkmoon Faire this month over in beautiful Mulgore. Remember, if you're planning on getting some material rewards out of your trip there, you may want to check out our guides to find out how. I really do recommend stopping in, even if you're not after any fancy loot. Standing around and drinking fake beer and eating fake food can be a lot more fun than it sounds![View Remaining 2 Paragraphs]
Robgee filmed this machinima in multiple locations, including Stranglethorn Vale, Feralas, Desolace, and Nagrand. However, he manages to make them look like they're real areas, although you'll only see but a tiny glimpse of a person. For a first effort, we think he did a fine job, and look forward to his next movie!

Pity the poor non-combat pets of WoW. They're bought from a vendor, shoved into a cage in a very crowded bag, made to travel into dangerous places, and forced to watch their owner die over and over and over again, unable to help. Mirnkaya, of Aggramar-EU, took her pet parrot for an underwater swim. Unfortunately, the parrot has no aquatic form and will soon expire. How cruel! She should have done it with one of the orphans from Children's Week instead. Those kids are overly needy and sort of creepy.

Although we are in an awkward period, with no new content to look forward to until Wrath of the Lich King lands, things are not as dull as one might think. With arena season 4 just around the corner, leaking expansion information, and the exploration and mastery of patch 2.4 content still underway, life in the World of Warcraft is still heating up. Finding yourself stuck at World of Warcraft's Stratholme instance no thanks to a pesky door bug? We're talking in particular about an issue that reportedly kicks after you fight the area's abominations. To quote a previous poster from the WoW forums (from player Kalif) regarding how this bug works:

So, now that the Daily quest limit is up to 25 and we have a whole ton of new quests to do courtesy of the Sunwell dailies, a lot of us are starting to build up quite a large bankroll. In addition to the monetary rewards, we're getting tons of green items (that disenchant into very lucrative things such as Greater Planar Essences and Large Prismatic Shards), a good selection of Sunfury Signets and tons of Arcane Tomes from all the Blood Elves we're fighting. All those green gems I've hoarded over the months are finally paying off for me, since my Jewelcrafting mule is able to turn them into Brilliant Glass, and I've even had a blue recipe or two drop that's sold for a pretty penny. As a result, I've jumped up from about 1000 gold between all my characters to about 6000 gold between them now, and no sign of the cash flow stopping. The problem comes when I try to figure out what to do with it all. 2 of my 3 70s already have epic flight, and I'm considering buying it for the third as well, but I'm sitting on the gold for a few days to make sure I don't make an impulse purchase. In addition, I'll probably be feeding a few thousand to the statue building fund in order to get a nice new title.
Then again, I'm not sure if "Of the Shattered Sun" really suits me as a title, so I may just pass and save the gold. After all, if I save up a good amount of gold for Wrath of the Lich King, I'll be able to get my Death Knight off to a really nice start and have enough to buy some of the new level 68-70 greens that ought to be rolling out of the first few zones.

Before you go on and head out for World of Warcraft's Arena Tournament, do take note of the details of the game mechanics for the regional qualifier. Generichick from the Korgath realm was a bit confused on how it went. Generichick asked if each member of the team should have at least played 200 games or if the 200 was good enough for the whole team.

Over at the official forums of World of Warcraft, Blaarged from the Magtheridon realm was wondering why the Onyxia Attunement was still part of the MMORPG. He mentioned that it's one of the longest quest chains the game.Aside from taking a lot of time in order to finish it, it's also one of the hardest when being done by solo characters. Nowadays, it's also difficult to find people or even a group who could help him out in doing the quest.
