For not putting premades into this PTR :D It will be awesome playing with people who have mains with proper game experience rather than 12 year olds in it for the "epics".

There are arguments on both sides of the issue really, when we have premade character copies there is alot more activity on the test realms that can help with testing, but for 2.3, as evidenced by the character copy queuing issues, everybody wants to try out the PTR, so I don't think population will be an issue, it should be very possible for people to put together a few Zul'Aman runs, and Arena games and so on to test out the talent changes.
