Looks like another mistake's been spotted for World of Warcraft's Public Test Realms patch notes, this time for the Paladins. According to Dangnabitt over at the WoW forums, the current notes indicate that the Paladin's Judgement of Light debuff now regenerates mana. Here was the particular note:
