Toolbar display issues...

Hi! I'm having an issue with the displays on the toolbar thing. I'm playing on my pally, and I have a bunch of spells on my hotkey bar. I can see the spells, like Hammer of Justice, but it's not giving me a description of what it does. I know what it does, but for some of my other spells, like Purify (I'm new to playing the pally class) I don't know what it does. I can open my spellbook and see what it does, but it's annoying me that I can't see the info on the hotkey bar.
Is this something in the Interface menu? I can't seem to find it, and none of my addons do this. If not, what might cause it?

Rinsam,
With the game closed please try moving or deleting your WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders out of your World of Warcraft directory. These are temporary cache files that will be recreated by the game the next time you launch. Moving them to the desktop makes it easy to replace them if necessary.
Please also note these folders contain your saved macros and UI addons. By moving or deleting these folders you will also remove any saved preferences, UI addons, or macros you may have added. However, in order for us to troubleshoot the issue we need to remove any modifications to the game and make sure we are diagnosing the default settings. If you're using Windows Vista, you will need to restart your computer before proceeding to the next step.
Once you've done that, please try again and see if you continue to have the same issue.
