We all know that you guys operate on PST, and that means that (as of me posting this) it's just shy of 6:00AM there.
The forum trolls are also aware of this, and take every opportunity to make some of the most obnoxious, blatantly retarded posts in recorded history, and the rest of us have to deal with them until near-noon (on the east coast anyway).
I don't normally like using the "you make 234123412 dollars an hour" argument, but seriously. You need to hire 3 people. Not per server, not per cluster, just a flat 3 people, who have hours of 1AM PST - 10AM PST, and whose sole job responsibility is to moderate the WoW forums to prevent posts involving ... well, the usual bad stuff that I won't repeat here for fear of thread deletion (in 3 hours).
