From what i've read there was a DK demo shown to all the interviewers yet i've yet to see it posted anywhere, will this be made public at anytime or was this just a slective showing for the interviewers?

It was not filmed though many sites have a written account of what they saw and there are screenshots and videos that also give a better feel for things.
The consensus seemed to be that if really large numbers of men were sent to storm the mountain, then enough might survive the rocks to take the citadel.

Yes, though there may be limitations on that which coincide with the current limitations of PvE and PvP realms. ie. Fine on PvE, but can't have opposite factions on PvP.
