I wish to know how players feel about forced tallent build from there guilds class leaders or GM's.

I have recently joined a guild where the class leader has a build set for me. It's a slight change to my normaly one but it's not a big deal, luckly he has a decent idea about the class and spec I was recuited for. But I've always thought that players do thing there own way because they feel more comfortable, I also noticed while serching for a guild that while this was uncommon there were a few classleaders setting talent builds which I thought were rather bad (my knowledge coming from class forums and experience)

So my questions to you are.
What are your thoughts on forced talent build?
Have you ever had trouble with a classleader over this?
Are you a classleader that does this? if so why?

Or anything else you would like to add.
