Talents and Ghoul bugged

After swapping my specs back and forth a few times, its still refunding me a random number of talent points.
Also, when I try to summon my ghoul, nothing happens and the button gets grayed / shaded out. I try logging out and when I'm back in the cooldown reads 20sec, yet when it reaches 0 and I try to resummon nothing happens again, grayed / shaded.
