Despite two straight days of killing orcs, Marston of Moonrunner was not able to raise enough money to pay for a face transplant. So Marston had to settle for a discount Halloween mask of Venom from Spider-Man. It's probably for the best -- do you really want a face transplant performed in a barber shop?
